Go to the book shop in Bowerstone market and buy the book "Come hither my dear" I think it's called, that is basically like follow but it allows you to ask people to have sex with you, you know it works because when it does you get the follow icon over her head, then goto bed and it will ask if you want protected or unprotected sex
