HI, i need help with the Southeastern Amazon Outpost, every time i go up there they start shooting at me and i cant do the mission because they are shooting at me please help?:)

Go back to the PMC, speak to the lady at the desk and pay to become friendly with the faction you're trying to see

Or just strap C4 to a helicopter, get out when your're above the space and then with less than 1 health - kaboom.
