Hey, I'm 16 and i REALLY want to quit smoking, But the thing is i can't afford the patches or the inhaler thingy so what should i do :S

Because, It's exspensive were i'm from. The patches are like £46 for 3Months,

call the nhs stop smoking help line and see what they can do for you, the number is 0800 022 4 332, free aswell.
