Should I get my xbox chipped/flashed?
I've had it over a year now so the gamestation warranty has ran out anyway.

I had my xbox 1 chipped when they came out, but I couldn't use live with that (luckily I was only like 10 at the time and didn't know what live was :P.)
But I'm pretty sure with xbox 360's you can play them online when they are chipped?

Does anyone have a chipped 360?

I did a while back, was just over a year of having chipped and live, got banned. But luckily the guy who did it for me was buying a chipped xbox for his bro, so sold it with my games for £150 and got my new one at £190. Wasn't worth it in the end, unless you play loads of games for gamerscore. They also dont ban your xbl acc, just your xbox from going on live.

lets you play 'fake' games - ones burnt onto discs etc.

I wouldn't run the risk.

If you can get it done professionally then maybe get it done but don't get it done privately or whatever because they'll probably screw your 360 up and you won't be able to get it repaired.
