if so how much do you get from it .

You get a fun quest from it but that's about all it's there for lol

Yeah, you get a decent quest and 10000 Renown from it, also have the choice to:

Drink a potion to change the sex of your hero permantently.

You can buy a cemetery though (i read the Fable 2 Guide) i think it costs like 100k. Im not sure but it would be quite odd :)
