thishabbo.netHe didn't need it rewording... you don't exactly type great either, "I need the my site", what's that meant to mean?
Nice of you to let people use the vBulletin licence; just wondering, is it leased or owned (not that it matters).

Monetization is the process of converting or establishing something into legal tender. It usually refers to the printing of banknotes by central banks, but things such as gold, silver and diamonds can also be monetized. Even intrinsically worthless items can be made into money, as long as they are difficult to make or acquire. Monetization may also refer to exchanging securities for currency, selling a possession, charging for something that used to be free or making money on goods or services that were previously unprofitable.
You'd be better off saying "Will the forum gain revenue" or something along those lines as its clearer. :)

Linking to warez is illegal isnt it?
As like the movie hosters loads get shut down and they don't actually host the movies they just provide links to external companys hosting (todou, youtube, google, etc actually host the movies) but the person running the actual site gets in troubleez.

That not linking, that called embeding (sp?) to the site lol
and tv links got caught hosting something bad, that why they got used xD
He's right. Rapidshare can be taken down because they hold the files on their servers whereas the site only contains a link which isnt fully against the law

Whats it for? platinumsport.net - Coming soon. Its basically gonig to be a radio website, with sports news, scores, and it will cover all your main sports + promote some extreme ones :D
Will it be monetized? Yes. Ad's and eventually VIP will bring in cash. 60% of money goes to you, the other will go towards you being able to renew the forum year on year :)

Regarding the legal matter, lets do a torrent site for example, they do warez.
They do not host the files on their server, they merly provide a tracker for the torrent, yet they still get sued. I mean, look at all the legal letters to TPB.
What it will be used for: An Xbox site im going to make
Monitized: Maybe - not decided, still working on it.
