Cereals Before Bed

kk i never have any thing to eat befor bed but i sometimes have load and loads todrink i do notknow y it wired and i have heard that you are not meant to eat before bed as it gives yuo nightmares

I have about 4 bowls of cereal a day on average... I'm eating crunchy nut right now in fact. It's the source of my power. Such a wonderful creation.
