What do you recommend I do?
I've backed up anything important.
Should I get a program to backup my current drivers or just search for them manually.
Thanks :)

When you choose to run a regular format on a volume, files are removed from the volume that you are formatting and the hard disk is scanned for bad sectors. The scan for bad sectors is responsible for the majority of the time that it takes to format a volume.

If you choose the Quick format option, format removes files from the partition, but does not scan the disk for bad sectors. Only use this option if your hard disk has been previously formatted and you are sure that your hard disk is not damaged.

Thats not true.

Quick Format writes a few 0s to make it look as if the data has been deleted, Full format writes the drive full with 0s and NO 1s. This removes ALL data. Someones it will rewite the 0s up to 14 times on the disk

66. Most of them are from programs that come prebundled with HP laptops. Even though I could have sworn I uninstalled them all.
