I think the VIP has to be at the current price for habbox to make enough money to keep the sites running. It would make it a whole lot more compicated on the system aswell, and if cetain users couldn't get it.

You don't have to buy VIP+ then... It's £1.50 or something for normal VIP - why not buy that? It has most of the VIP+ features.
