Do You Eat Nuts?

Just a general question. Nuts are becoming more popular on adverts and that saying they're good for you. Anyway, I eat those red skinned nuts, how about you?

Yeah I just eat them a few times a month, Cashew nuts mostly and Pistachio's on special occasions, anyone who's never tried Pistachio's should seriously try them, they're not too common in the UK but most supermarkets have them, very nice ;)

I eat loads of Japanese Crackers though and they contain lots of nuts.
