Coulp someone help me upload a layout to the hosting.
Im thick, I dont no what free hosting to use.

Use somewhere such as Zymic (http://zymic.com), or 110MB (http://**********), and use the provided File Manager, or FTP.
If you'd like some help with FTP, just PM me :)
