Sure, they are high ranking people, but think of all the money they have, and they rarely donate any. It's all the same with celebs, 'Poverty's bad!' they say, but they don't do :rude: about it!

So everyone SHOULD get a lot of credit for this. But Geldof should get the most credit!
correct me if im wrong but if it wasn't for bob, the live8 wouldn't have been organised, the bands wouldn't be performing and the fans would have nothing to listen too.
Bob has given up a lot of time to organise this and make a stand!

I signed it aswell! I am a true believer in charities and yes its good that the bands are doing it for free! People dont realise how bad it is until u hear the facts such as a child in Africa dies every 3 seconds. And I hear one of my best mates say why should we give them aid/help? If we needed help we would get it, basically he's for the children die-ing. Most of us on here can spare cash for any charity. Oo Sir Bob just brought on that girl who had 10 seconds to live and they saved her because of live aid, the girl in the Do They Know It's Xmas video. I hope all goes welll with the campaign and that most people help make a difference :D
