Song Traders Group?

I dunno if this is illegal for a start, but would anyone be interested in starting a group of people (with lots of music preferably) Who can trade songs over msn or something like that. It would be a pretty good way of getting ahold of music in return for sharing ones we have ourselves...
Maybe this exists already I dunno, but I know that there are a lot of songs that aren't available as torrents that easily...
