Why don't you have an image randomizer. So that the link changes everytime you visit the site? Surely that would be better? Rather than having the same link there all the time.

just to ad to it yours wont work as its all on one line, since the echo is being commented out

Just to ad, you should probly ad a target="_blank" atrribute to the link to stop the page opeining in the tiny ifraim, the _blank target will open it in a new window
