.htaccess help plz

Hi! I was wondering if I could use .htaccess to have my social network http://friendzle.com/username.
I know theres a way!
The original page is http://friendzle.com/profile.php
And the declared variables are $_GET[owner] so my profile is http://friendzle.com/profile.php?owner=shorts
the .htaccess file is in the root directory
so is profile.php!

this code doesn't help!
