Maybe you could try lesser demons?
Can't remember what combat level they are but they drop some rune med helms.. they might be a bit too strong though for your combat level.
Or you could try the Stronghold of Security. Fleshcrawlers are pretty good because they drop lots of good herbs.

Erm when i was a low level i went to lesser demons and range them and i member this one time i took all i had yeh and i was like lets go kill some lesser demons i go there attack one then my computer crashes i log back on to find that i had lost evrything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
Anyways lesser demons are good
