Yeah, there are only three weeks left or so, btw the dashboard may not be as good because you have no access to live? :P After all, the dashboard was built for live, such as avatars etc.

I got this yesterday, put it on my second xbox works brilliantly, if you want to use this i advise putting it on a memory stick as its only 8mb, the avatar update is on the 19th, all features work except Live and avatars, the Hdd things works so ive been told

i emailed em and they said No One will be banned but only not be able to go on to Live as they will not be able to until Nov 5

New Xbox Experience, anyone wants to upgrade it to it is mad, it's built for Xbox LIVE so not being able to connect to LIVE till the 19th when it's out is stupid. :P

I fail to see why they don't just release it, why hold it until the 19th? It just seems pointless since it's just a software update and it's obviously ready since some people are using it by now on xbox live anyway
