I think hwta people are trying to say about the x-ray poster is that it just generally didn't need a clean up or wasn't that good to do so, but I think they all look really good. +REP

Where the blood has been removed from the X-ray poster, you can see it. Maybe copy and paste those small dots on it to clear it up. Nice try!
