Hey Guys,

There's this one girl and I'd say she's the love of my life. We go out places together, we hold hands etc

There's this thing whereby walking around town all day holding hands makes you feel cold then when I hug her at the end of the day, I feel warm.

We aren't the whole boyfriend and girlfriend figure, yet, I haven't asked her out or anything. So would you say that this is classed as a proper relationship?

Relating to the thread title, how can I tell her that I want to be with her for the rest of my life and I want to be able to hold her, hug her and lover her, without seeming strange?

I would think that if you're older than 17 you'd know how creepy and naive that sounds to tell someone you want to spend forever with them before you even date them :P

Sorry, but really, thats totally creepy sounding to me. Don't tell her you want to be together forever yet. haha. Maybe give it a year of dating or so :P Seriously, man.

Well, I think you can see yourself as you don't want to seem strange - that if you suddenly splurted out how much you wan't this girl for the rest of your life it would maybe make her a bit hasty.

If you really do feel this way, then whats the rush? Theres no reason to have to steam ahead into things and ruin any possible great chances here by being too quick!

I think you should maybe go somewhere... even if it's only to the pictures, a meal or just a walk round a park or something, but just get some alone time. You could then just say to her how you have loved spending the time you have together and growing closer to her and that you'd really like to continue it and maybe start going out... then just take things from there and let things develop itself I say :)

But to answer your question about whether I think it's a relationship, if you have both got feelings for each other and are having a bit of intamicy - in my opinion (official or not) you two do have a relationship.

Disagree completely. Just because you personally may not have experienced love under that age doesn't mean you can't find it. Tell me - when we reach 17 do we all suddenly get something that lets us fall in love? I can assure you, I have been with my girlfriend since I was 14 and all these years on I trully do still love her as much as I did then and when I was under 17.
