1) that's duelling not PKing and you can't eat during a duel
2) on RSCAngel (RSC private server that I play, and the one that that's from) the defence was incorrectly set too high in the coding so it was harder to hit/get hit until recently
3) they're wearing a lot of armour :P
4) RSCA > RS2

To people who never played classic it probably wouldn't be as fun, but I like it for the nostalgia I guess - I quit playing the real Runescape just before RS2 came out, so finding a decent private server for classic after what.. 4 or 5 years was great, especially as a few RL friends play it too

I played RSC...It was RS2 was out, but at that time you could still play RSC if you had a members account.
I only played it for a week or so, then went back to RS2, simply because it had more content.
That was a long time ago though.

I was only going on when RuneScape was made, I knew about in 1998, just wasn't sure when I actually started playing. All I know is that It was for a while.
