My recycle bin has disappeared, I have Vista by the way.

Erm restore your computer or either try and find the location of your recycle bin ?

Start->Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Personalization

And then click "change desktop icons" from the left-hand column. From there just check Recycle Bin and click OK.

In the search facility ( ON START MENU) , type PERS.

You should get personalisation in the listed programs, click on that.

Under TASKS on the left hand side click change desktop icons.

you can reapply the recycle bin that way.

Right click on your desktop > Personalize > Under Taks click Change Desktop Items > Tick the Recyle Bin > Ok

I don't know where it is located, I try search it in the search.

go into the start menu
the control panel
then local disc
and it should be there
