My favourite actor is also Adam Sandler, and always has been. You should watch Punch Drunk Love and Reign Over Me to see how great of an actor he is though. They're both drama's, so they're nothing like his comedies. I thought his acting in Click was also amazing.

I highly recommend looking for some Brazzers/NaughtyAmerica scenes featuring him if you fancy a laugh, specifically the BTAS video with Katie Morgan. Seriously I swear I only watch that stuff for the laughs these days, it's better than anything on Dave.
