I have some work I have to finish for College, which I totally forgot about :P

I had to do the following resources for the NHS:
- Financial Resources
- Human Resources
- Physical Resources
- Knowledge Resources

I have done everything except the Financial, all I know about the finance is from the government and tax payers. Do they have shareholders and stakeholders? And where else would the finance come from?

+rep for any help :)

im pretty sure that all of the NHS's finance comes from tax payers. Whether its from income/corporation or anything else. It changes year on year the amount given.

Googles your best resource though. Also, national statistics may give you some information on the amount % wise given.

erm no. every company has stakeholders but not share holders.

oh yeh, i wouldnt of thought about car parking, prescriptions or anything else. See if private clinics in hospitals is one too. im sure they do stuff like that and if they do they would pay the NHS something or the hospital.
