University - Max in a household?

Whats the max amount of sims you can have in a university household?

I was talking to a friend from college, and she asked me to make our class on it. Theres 16 in our class at college.

Need to work out whos going in and who isnt :)

Then make a large dorm with 18 rooms and put them both in :)

I've always been a fan of big families; There's always something going on. And now with the 'boolprop' cheat, you can make your families as big as you want. If you have the Open for Business expansion pack, there is also the cheat AddneighbortoFamilycheat [on/off]. However, with this cheat, you first need to invite the neighbour over, which could be difficult since you don't have a relationship with them yet.
The following tutorial follows how to make a family of 8 into a family of 12 members.
If you already have a family of 8, start by making a new family of 4 and place it on a new lot.

http://snootysims.com/sitepics/bigfam1.jpg When you're back in the Neighbourhood screen, get a piece of paper and write down the names of the 4 sims family (Click on the info button so see the names). Then open up the cheat window and enter the cheat:
boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true
Enter the lot of the 8 sims family, shift-click on a sim and click 'more...' until you see: Spawn... Then choose Tombstone of L and D

When the tombstone has appeared, you may disable the boolprop cheat with boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled false Then just click on the Tombstone and select Add neighbor to family...

Now you see a pie menu of names of every Sim in the Neighbourhood including the NPC's. Search for the names of the 4 Simfamily, click on their name and they will then be part of that family.

Don't forget to save! Note that you can also just choose, "New Adult Male" or add a certain NPC. However these usually don't wear the right clothes, have strange personality points or just look odd. I found that first creating a family to add to an existing family works best.

This particular family (33 members) didn't turn out so well as nearly all images are in the red. Not long after that screenshot, all kids were taken away by the social worker and 4 Sims died of hunger.
I found that 22 Sims are pretty well manageble without too many problems. Some tips: If you don't plan on using a money cheat, prepare for a heavy challenge as this many Sims eat a full fridge in about 2-3 days (about 450 simoleans). So either send several Sims to work or just give them the cheapest, most essential items to survive until your working sims reach level 3 of their job.
Essential objects are: 2 toilets, 2 showers, a couch, a fridge and some counters. Only give them beds if you have some money left.
Moneyplants are a nice income too; When a Sims aspirationlevel is in the gold or higher, you get 40 simoleans about 3 times a day. Having several plants around should provide a nice addition to the regular income.

yeh ive done the boolprop cheat
however if you wanna keep them all happy easily
then just click shift + right click on the post box at the front of the house and click make all happy :)

wish a could play the sims but crappy com pwont let me :P it used to let me :S untill it got rebooted :S
