You see if you like the item.
You 'trade' the item.
You press Accept, Then again.

Then, congratulations, you've made a trade.

Basically what the above said how ever there is a clause if you do wish to purchase the item you must offer it's exact value give or take a few 1000 gp depending on your qp level.

Basically you can use BH, Or now you can PvP, But thats a bit different because the drop is always random, so thats kinda like gambling a bit. :)
