Do you think they will increase or decrease in value?

From what I have seen lately, they are somewhat stable at the 1.50 CS mark.

The gold ones seem stable but sometimes at christmas gold and red pillows shoot up in value to like 2.0ish as they are seen as christmas colours, but over the past few years with the introduction of more wintery christmas furni the colour white is most desirable at christmas so i'm not sure if the red and gold pillows will increase in value this time. But atm they are showing no increase.

I think they are currently stable but may show increase in the future, how long into the future, i do not know :P

Like Danube mentioned, at Xmas time they could shoot up because they are a cheaper alternative to thrones (when it comes to colour for christmas) and go well with christmas themed rooms.
