Tumblr?

I've seen people such as Dentafrice and Awfy using tumblr with their own domain names. I have a domain name and a tumblr, i've read about how to do it on tumblr, but i cannot seem to find how to change the 'A Host' on godaddy. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

Okay first of all you have to point your DNS of your chosen domain to the Parked Nameservers of GoDaddy. Once this is done you should then get "Total DNS" available in your domains information area below "Forwarding:". Click that, once loaded you should be able to follow the steps Tumblr give as it's the first box.

I just use a index.php redirect file to my Tumblr page ;P Glad to see you using Tumblr! It's a great service :]

Yeah I ended up doing a redirect using cpanel, as I still need other parts of my site with that domain. If that makes sense? :)

Yeah, you can pretty much do anything with your Tumblr that you want.. including Javascript and flash, etc.

Yeah I think so, go to customize, then theme, then Custom HTML at the bottom :)

I just keep it as a journal really. A diary of my daily doings ;) People can follow you and see updates though I think.

It's pretty neat though, you can follow people.. etc.. just like Twitter ^_^ Easy to build your network too..

and it doesn't have to be just about your life.. you can share images, etc, even post from your mobile :P

Yeah that's why I use it, just keep a record really :P It's so simple to use as well :)
