Kind of not up and coming but Robin van Persie.

I can see him being the best player in the world in a few years time.

A fantastic and talented player, but no where near good enough to be best in the world. He's inury prone for a start.

Sam Vokes for Wolves, he should develop into a great player in the next few years.

Well I don't really know about other teams but Spurs have a few players that will (hopefully) develop into something special:

Jamie O hara
Tom Huddlestone
John Bostock
Gareth Bale
Chris Gunter
Adam Smith
Giovanni Dos Santos

They've all performed well at a young age... so it is exciting to wonder what the future holds.

Jack Wilshere anyone? Have I missed it, or has nobody actually mentioned him?

I was going to but I went for the biased option and just name the ex-Cardiff player.

David Petrucci. But Manchester United had to steal him away the same way as Real Madrid wanted to get Cristiano Ronaldo. Ironically, Sir Alex Ferguson was complaining about that.

Don't be ridiculous. Are you seriously suggesting Alex Fergusson is a hypocrit?

I would say so lol. The way he got Berbatov was pretty similar to how Real approached Ronaldo.
