Pictures?

My friend wants to know what the easiest way to put pictures on website is. Preferably without uploading each one seperatly.

"like thumbanils or doing them in a pop-up. Preferbally to be laid out like a photo album like on msn space. But using HTML code."

You have to upload each image to somewhere

but either way is easier
jsut put it

<image>src=Yoursite.com/a.jpg<image/>

If your using cPanel - Zip ip all the images to your server and upload them all to your root directory
Thein in cP in filemanager extract them all into your directory

Or you could just use a FTP manager and upload them all at once

Yup do what ander said move all the images into a file zip it up the upload the zip file and upzip it. Then go to Image Manager on Cpanel and make the images thumbnails.
