Spot on my testicle

So, there's this one spot, it feels like a cord type thing, but it LOOKS as if it is bigger than usual on the side (like a bulge). I have some growing pains (i think) down in the area and maybe it's just my mind thinking it is. when i touch it it doesn't hurt. it's not directly on my testicle I don't think. any tips? it's on my right testicle and if you were looking at it from someone else's point of view from my front side, it'd be on the top left of MY right testicle'

i don't, and it's not the testicles directly that hurt, just the groin area. OH! I bet i know what it is. I exercised a bit like playing basketball and running around and stuff but never stretched. that's probably it.

I did say wash people jack off getting sweaty down there not washing then they get spots, the spots get infected etc.

I would recommend that you go to the doctors to make sure, even if it has gone :)
