Rite :) Made this a while back just never had the chance to finish it so thought I could finish it now so here is what it looks like :D Just trying with a differant shape :)

I don't understand what's going on with the body, it seems to be kind of flying but with a Marilyn Monroe blowing skirt? but hey what ever its doing it's doing it well, I could tell it was incomplete due to the lack of a right wing ( Just like Gordon Brown ) I like the hair it's just like him but the face does not seem to have been changed at all, 8/10 a bit of improvement is needed but you did say it was incomplete so I'll wait to see the complete version ( If there ever is one ) before i comment any further.

I like it, but you need to add more definition to the face and add the other wing, maybe add some lines or something in under the wings so it looks like he's flying
