Do you backup your computer? I backup most of my php files but that's about it. I'm just wondering how many people actually do it? :P

I back up my movies, music and some of my TV shows. I also have backups of certain files that are integral to how I customise a fresh install of my computer, organised into folders so I can just paste them in Root:\ if I have to wipe for any reason.

Everything but system files before a reformat. All shoved on my external. Application data too, so I never forget passwords :D

I very rarely do, I always mean to do it, but never actually get round to it. Nothing worth backing up though really, apart from songs (which I can just download again), or work (which I can just redo).

I have most of my important data backed up. I use GoogleDocs to store my school work on, so I can't lose that. As for my PHP files, I save to my server (of course:P), my thumb-drive, and external hard drive.

I might get another internal HDD and set up RAID. Saves time :P

RAID breaks too easily for me. (Seeing as Stephen's is constantly breaking)

If Live Mesh sorts it's security and bumps the 5GB up a bit (I'd be prepared to pay a subscription if need be) then I can start backing up my documents and pictures automatically but atm the security is awful, if my MSN got hacked and they deleted all my documents online, then when I turned on my computer they'd all be deleted off there so that's a clear issue.

I only use Live mesh as a remote desktop solution. Its a shame theres no remote desktop on Home Premium. I don't like VNC either :(

It's okay now.. Just a word of warning Scot, don't install Linux while your RAID array is on. Even if you install it on another hard drive it breaks it

I backup everything apart from system files. I have a lot of important data on my machines and backup to both an internal hard drive (not RAID) and an external drive.

I use SyncToy 2.0 BETA to backup. I love it!

My 2 pretty usb drives were delivered today, so I might start backing up my work onto them.
