Website Family [Developement]

Hey there!

I've come to ask for any opinions you have on the following.
I'd like to produce a family of websites that include:

Video Broadcasting
Allows users to watch live Broadcasting of their favourite sitcoms with weekly competitions (SMS voting) and also an OnDemand + Live Broadcasting service for VIP members

Gaming Site
Along side the Video Broadcasting a large network of flash games from all over the internet, along with our own team of flash developers to develope our own games.

Image/Audio Upload
A place for our users to store all their favourite pictures and sound tracks in convenient albums, which are browsable by other users (if set by the User)

Radio Broadcasting
A radio station with all the latest tracks and old tracks. Top Quality Dj's with big prize competitions. Requests line, SMS request line and some other Unique User/DJ interaction features.

Sounds like a great big project which will take a lot of hard work, coding and will probably cause some issues you'll have to get past so don't give up.

Getting a team of flash developers would be a good idea but I like what addictinggames does. They allow people that make flash games to submit their games to them and maybe get it published on the site.

The problem is that there are already hundreds of established sites in these areas, going to be tuff to make their visitors convert to a new site with a smaller community.

Like Josh-H has stated, there are way to many other websites which offer these unoriginal services. Then you've got to deal with the legal issues for the video broadcasting and radio streaming website.

Unless you've got a massive marketing budget, or a brilliant SEO person, you're not going to get anywhere.
