Posting pictures

Hi, this is very n00bified but I don't know how to put images from files into my signature or posts and nothing on the site has helped me find out so far, could someone please tell me how to put a picture from file into a message, thanks.

Hey, you need to upload the image by going to an image hosting site like imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us/). Then copy and paste the URL it gives you into tags in your message or signature.
