It won't render games properly at all yes it will play them however not aswell as gamer cards, as said above for movie rendering, 3D graphic rendering and image rendering, photoshop etc. Considering now CS4 is GPU processed it will work wonders on that card.

Also I would like to add the drivers that you use for it are highly optimized CUDA drivers and will not perform anywhere near what you may expect from the price tag in games.
