Not responding to emails

I've got an account, that i lost the password for yh but i dont think it's been email verified. So when i click reset password it doesn't come in my inbox and i've waited a few days, checked junk ect.

i've done habbo help tool too but i don't even get a respond from that :S

stupid thing.

Use another Habbo account, ensure you verify the account. Then use that account to email Habbo using the 'Help Tool', and give as much information as possible. Just a tip avoid using hotmail or aol as your email provider, as you are likely to have further problems, there are many other free email providers, ie. yahoo, gmail. Good luck :)

If you verified, you should of at the least got an automated reply, so check your junk mail :)
