Hello,

Does anybody know where I can get cheap Windows desktops? Good condition.

It's to be used for a hosting company i help run (iLoveGroup.co.uk)'s offices. Mainly for support, so it doesen't need to have the best of specifications.

I need bout 3-5.

Custom build cheap ones? You'll maybe get a few pound discount for bulk. :P

Meh, for cheap computers there's no need to custom build. Just buy the lowest model from dell or something

Yeah, or go to tesco or asda or even Aldi, they'll have some pretty cheap low end ones there.

Buy the most standard Dell Vostro's, change it to 2GB RAM and add in Vista Home Premium and your only up to £204. Buy 17" monitors separately and Office 07 separately too as Dell charge a fortune.

I'm pretty sure you can't build a PC for that price, and if you did you'd be using cheap & generic components.

"for that price" he didn't state a price ;)

If you purchase a cheap 200 pound computer anywhere else it would be cheap components aswell? o.0

They're not going to add a PSU that would blow all the components which you'd probably end up doing if you built one yourself.

For very low end systemns like this custom building is not the way to go unless you can get used parts really cheap on eBay or something. If you want brand new then a cheap Dell is the way to go.

Break in the back of the store and take out all the broken ones
