Hey yeah, I use Neutrogena spot stress control, I got two of them one helps remove spots and one helps prevent spots occurring. It works a bit, I tend to get them quite bad above my nose like between my two eyes. What are the best ways to get rid of them on top of my other stuff.

exfloiate your skin daily
and put stuff with the ingrediant sodium lauryl sulfate on them
Ok i dont get loads of spots (touch wood) just one or two every so often bt i just dab a bit of perfume on them, it tingles for a bit but seems 2 get rid of them real quicker then any spot cream iv tried.

If they are frequent to return after being removed, I'd reccommend going to your GP and asking for these:

From personal experience they're pretty damn good if you ignore the doccys advice and go for the 4 times a day instead of the 2 a day.

I went to my GP, tried some sort of liquid to dab on my face first, it made little difference and then I got some tablets which did :)
It's really the only and best way to get rid of your spots.

I didnt used to get many just the odd few. The reason i used to get them was nothing to do with puberty. I found i was sitting at subconsciously school/college with my face in my palms. You know when you lean on your hands bored out of you head. You pick so much dirt and bacteria off the tables etc then you go rub it into your face. So i made a conscious decision to try and start and i rarely ever get spots now just one or two when ive been on a heavy weekend but nothing major.

I dab toothpaste on my spots if I ever get any since it dries them up. Don't put it all over your face but just dab a little bit on each spot and rub it into the spot, not anywhere else on your face, just the spot.

Not showering/bathing has nothing to do with spots, it's just an evil rumour lol. I read that you have more of a chance of getting sports if you wash too often.
Imo fresh air does wonders for spots. :P

Erythromycine is better ;)Nah, it's weaker (+ you take it for longer periods of time); but if you're allergic to penicillin it's probably better to take.

I went to the doctors too since I had a terrible acne problem (red spots all over my face that never seem to go away). I got antibiotics and a liquid to dab on my face as well. It worked miracles.
I find that the facial products advertised today are not that useful in a long run. I'm not sure, somehow your skin gets 'immune' to the product from overusage.

Nice name and poo? :P You would need to do one in the bath first
Baths I stopped when I was 6 Due to all the fluff from my socks stuck between my toes going into my bath when I come out all stuck to me and showers are x10 better but
If you got black heads do:
If you want to open up your pours I would run a bath like 75% how watch no need to get in it just stick your face under for couple of mins like 20 secs up breath down again etc then get a towel? And rub.

A) It's growing up. You'll rarely be spotless.
B) Cleansing.

Use benzyl peroxide 2.5% cream, only costs about 4 quid. Careful not to use too much though otherwise it'll turn your face red. You just dab it on a little bit and it should clear up.

Different people are different, over the counter stuff just ruin your skin.. too many chemicals in them. anti-biotics are easier then stuffing your face with creams. and they work too.

Invest in some sand paper and an orbital sander. I tell you this technique reaches every corner.
;)
Eat and drink healthy you'd be surprised how well this works in like a week, and don't wear foundation these are the quickest and easyest methods :)

Anti toxins are good Ribena 100% pure is rich in anti toxins. I drink them when i have hang over helps with killing the toxin bacteria with your body, mainly for acne not just odd one or two spots.

Eating/drinking unhealthily doesn't necessarily give you spots, however yes - it does give unhealthy skin. Just get some antibiotics from the gp and shove 4 of em down your throat every day. I suppose eating fish (or tablet supplements) could help because I think a lack of omega 3 in your diet causes spots.

I use Clearasil Spot Control or some other deep clean face wash in the shower in the morning and use this stuff I got prescribed from my GP at night, it's brilliant.

Clearasil and all that rubbish is mainly for spots which you get from not washing or getting sweaty, not acne, they just talk a load of rubbish :P
