UTube and others messed up

Okay, so on dailymotion, utube and another site like them, I try to watch video's and it loads abotu 30 seconds of the clip, it never fully loads and when it reaches that point it stops.. Anyway, I wait a few minutes (several actually) and its still at the same point, anyway of mending this? as i think its coming from my end :(

It's probably buffering.......... just give it longer

try deleting browsing history (cache, temp net files, etc)
