Ok this is really peeing me off on MAIL I pressed something and now wont let me delete the e-mail any help anyone?

That is very strange, you made sure you can't click it and press delete? Right click > delete. Tried fully closing the mail application and reopen it?

I have tryed both of these ideas before Ive had the e-mail for a while just wont delete

...try highlighting the message in the Inbox, but but instead of Delete, click on Edit, and choose Cut.
