Rumour has it that the songstress has hinted she's coming back.
According to The Sun she was cornered by a huge group of fans and is alleged to have said, "Don't worry - I'm going back on the show".
After she was voted off on Saturday, more than 50,000 fans have signed a petition to have Laura reinstated. After the controversy about Diana Vickers, will X Factor bosses change the rules and bring her back? I mean there have been thousands of requests for her return on this blog alone...

No, it's wrong. Say 110,000 people voted. 50,000 votes to keep her, the other 60,000 voted too boot her out. Just because what seems like a large number of people want her in doesn't mean that a even bigger number want to keep her out. In my eyes she should never have been allowed to enter seems as she is dating an executive something of the X Factor, if your family members of a competition your not allowed to enter. She isn't family of the guy however I'm sure he wouldn't mind "supporting" her. A

I've wanted either Laura or Diana to win since the start of the live shows, but as much as I like Laura I dont think its right her coming back. She was voted off at the end of the day, just because she was really liked by viewers is no excuse, it was down to the judges. Plus she was in the bottom two anyway, so it was down to the public that she was in the sing off.

As much as i like Laura i dont think it is right if she comes back into the X Factor.

People vote with there own money for people to stay so if she was to come back this is going against the public and there votes.

Diana Vickers shouldn't have been allowed the week off. Granted - she wasn't in a good state, but that's simply giving her a better chance at staying in the competition than the rest. How must the others feel when they are having to hope to stay when someone else is automatically through.
