This where you stand in front of the class and all that jazz? If so its pretty simple most of people in my class didn't do anything just chatted about hardly anything tbh. I got C (not the best ano but i was rubbish with english) and i made it up in the class 5 mins before it was my turn but ive always been good to think quick and do well without trying in any type of exams (wish i had of studied though to get a better grade but too late now).
Best to speak about something that you actually know stuff about (obviously) a lot of people try to talk about e.g. weathers/climate/policitics and deep down they dont really care. So if you talk about something that interests you, you will have a lot more to talk about.
Just think about a few of your interests and ones that will be relevant to the rest of the class and your teacher, not that they care what you are talking about because its judged on the way you speak and present your self. But nothing worse than listening to someone drone on about a boring topic.

Talk about something controversial, or has more than 1 side to the argument.

Hi,
How ironic! I had my English Speaking presentation today.
We've been preparing this for the past few weeks. On Wednesday, our names were pulled from a box to give the running order. Turns out I was 3rd, and did my presentation today.
I'm quite nervous talking to a crowd, so I did not do as well as I think others will.
Remember to talk loud and clear, and make your eyes move. Look from person to person, don't just focus on one point like your junior school teacher said to do. If you're looking around, it makes you look more relaxed and comfortable in what you're doing.
Good luck. I was not thrilled about doing mine, but I'm glad it's all done. I can now spend the next few lessons sitting and listening to people... :)

Yeah I used humour in mine when talking about inequality (we weren't allowed to choose our own topic) ^^
(1 mark of an A though not an A*)
Just be confident and you should be fine. Try to engage the audience as well because it makes it a lot easier. When they laughed at my jokes, it helped me. If they look bored, you'll get put off :(
