New MSN HELP.

Well i downloaded the new msn but i can't see colours in peoples msn names,
i've downloaded and installed the add on but it doesn't work.
any ideas/help ?

Maybe MSN+ is not compatible with the BETA version, or you haven't installed MSN+ correctly.
