For a SHOUTcast host i would recommend UKHostingforYOU (http://www.ukhostingforyou.co.uk/), They have been around for quite some time, and there uptime is pretty good, Prices are competitive also,

i also use it for my sites and i have loved it,
they havn't had downtime yet,
so if u want use that
also the owners are uber nice
they gave me a month off ;p

If you're still looking for a host i've rescently opened ihhost.co.uk, which has Shoutcast servers at pretty good prices! We're currently using Cast Control to manager our shoutcast servers.
