Could someone explain to me how the trading works for Habbo - Runescape these days?

I'm new here and I have about 15 Mill on my Runescape account that I would like to trade for Habbo rares, but I'm kind of confused on how the trading works these days (since the new trade update at the beginning of the year).

Could anyone explain to me the methods of trading Runescape for Habbo things? Thanks!:)
