Tasted a little on the salty side but it was generally ok :D

It's salty though :( I've never made any sort of pie before :P Looks good, could of done with a few extra minutes on top though it looks kind of soggy.

It was actually not that soggy, its my camera lol. Anyway I still have 2 of those left (out of 4), I gave my maid one :D

You have a maid? You live in one of the most 'skyscraperous' (if thats a word) cities in the world? Wow! Also, how do you make pie? I want to make banoffee pie but dk how.. any links?

banana+toffee? Well I don't know how, maybe just put banana and make some toffee (I believe is caramel, just put some sugar on a low heat and wait for it to caramelize) and put it in the pastry. I'll tell you the recipe for the pastry soon, need to find it somewhere, keep reminding me :P
And, many people in Singapore have maids. Like both parents are out, so she does the housework and cooks and stuff.

I learn from TV mostly. And I just read recipes online. Check out my new thread, made scallops :)

last time i made a pie was when i was in year 9 at school :D
