Hurt my shoulder really badly.

Everytime I put my arm into a certain place I get a really bad shooting pain like.. inside my shoulder. It feels like.. really inside. It just suddenly happened on Monday when I was hand writing a timed essay and I just moved my arm a little outwards whilst writing and then suddenly I thought someone stabbed my shoulder.

It's fine like now, but if I was to put it in the same sort of possition it'd start hurting like hell again.

Anyone got any idea what it is? Or what to do? ._. I don't really want to bother wasting a doctor's time because it might be nothing.

Ligement trouble, go and see your doctor, then they'll refer you to have an ultra sound then depending on your results you'll have treatment :)
