Well I haven't played for two weeks or so as I quit waiting for this, I'm probably going to get it this week and start again fully. I heard you can have 'voice chat' is that so you can talk to anyone anywhere? That would be good if I'm bored leveling, I could just talk to randomers hah.

No you need to be in a party/raid, and it sucks tbh.
