Well i have the friend.
Mr. X, he's annoys me in every little aspect of life.
Examples,
1) I was doing my maths test, he had finished and starts talking to me about his 290 page book his writing, gives me the whole plot/storyline/dialog everything. i didn't get to finish my test D: i tried to get back to doing it, but he would always slap me across the head everytime i said, "Dude, just let me do my work".

2) I was talking to my year 9 friends, when suddenly he comes over and starts saying;
- AHAHAHAHAHA Remember orientation day? i was bagging you.
(Of course this did'n't happen i dont even remember him @ orientation day.)

Of course, he was trying to self promote himself. In front of MY friends.
( i marked my territory ;)) Then starts to explain that boom again.

3) He calls me every 5 seconds asking if he can come over.
I don't mind someone coming over once or twice a a week. But once 3 times everyday is too much! Btw, i dont invite him over. he just comes over.

So, how would one let this Mr. X person down easily?
He goes to student welfare and i'm scared i'll get in trouble if i come on to strong. He's very big on exagerating things.

Just tell him to his face, stop being a annoying £"%$£!
If that don't work then ignore him and move away he will get the idea and don't answer the door?

Then he would exagerate it to the Welfare and i would get in trouble for bullying D:.
My school is uber uber uber strict.
i've tried decaying our friendship.
it isn't working! i've been doing it for about 4.5 months now.

Tell your head that he is harassing you and you want to move away from him

Not if you are being harrased, it's a form of bullying and it's understandable that you lost your temper after being harrased for so-long.
