Control panels?

Hey people, I was wondering what is the control panel everybody uses here, I'm sick of paying for cPanel as it's not worth the price.

But don't most hosting sites offer free cPanel?

He has a dedicated server at the moment, and I agree CPanel is over hyped and only good for "noobs" and if you are hosting other people - as its "user friendly".

LXadmin is a good once as a said, but I personally can't see why you need an admin/control panel - take the time to learn linux and do it all manually with yé good ol' SSH.

I would say cPanel is worth the money, but it isn't what your after.

I'd say Plesk or DirectAdmin :)

cPanel is over-priced, when LXAdmin is £2.50 - massive price difference, -REP because you are a complete ******* and you should have manners.

I am 14 too.. but doesent mean i dont know how to configure a server with ssh...
Also, yeh, erm, your server is only £20/mo so you need to find a cheaper supplier of a cPanel license

£30 a month (My server) [This includes VAT, as I'm on the XL plan on kimsufi]
£24.99 a month (cPanel/WHM license, I paid more this month as OVH has just introduced cPanel licenses)

And when I go out, I usually spend £10 in town.. tell me how I can really afford that? Maybe I should get some sort of job, but I can't imagine an extra £5 a month really helping me.
